Love Energy Savings Gets Buzzin' with Bez

Bolton’s own and Happy Monday’s star Bez is launching his own lockdown fitness classes on YouTube.

Since burning calories dancing on stage hasn’t been an option during the pandemic, Bez, whose real name is Mark Berry has decided to give Joe Wicks a run for his money.

Rising to fame as a dancer, Bez won Celebrity Big Brother in 2005 and even made a bid to become an MP.

During an idle lockdown period, Bez is looking to get back on his feet and help the public do the same!

“Since we went into the first lockdown, I’ve mainly sat on the sofa… I got unfit, fat, last and into some seriously bad eating habits. This year, this lockdown, I need to sort it out sharpish,” said Bez.

Bez is encouraging people to get on YouTube and join him on his mad journey or sit and watch for a good laugh.

Staying Fit During Lockdown

Phil started streaming his daily workouts for the Love Energy Savings team at the beginning of the first lockdown in 2020. The short and sweet half-hour sessions have picked up a substantial amount of popularity.

As Phil started his fitness journey in pursuit of energising his workforce, he jumped at the chance to work with local legend Bez.

What is ‘Buzzin’ with Bez’ all about?

Bez will be trained by a fitness instructor rather than acting as the instructor himself. So, you can get fit alongside Bez, with a few laughs along the way.

He said, “at the very least, I know I will be making people smile, at best I’ll be helping people get fit and mentally happier alongside me.”
