To request a refund on your Drax account you can call their customer services team on 01473 855719.
If you would like to close your account there are four easy steps:
- Send a final meter reading.
- Contact them to confirm your account and payment details so they can refund any credit if needed. This should take up to 10 working days after receiving the information they need.
- Check any outstanding payments that need settling. If you owe money at the end of your fixed term, they may object to the transfer.
- If you are closing your account due to change of tenancy, dounle check that they have the correct transfer dates and forwarding address.
