Water Plus offer a fixed retail fee for up to 3 years which stays the same throughout the contract term. As businesses also pay for their water based on a variable wholesale fee, prices can vary by the wholesaler region and annual water consumption.
The Greener Fix tariff provides a fixed retail fee for all water billing services on a 1 – 3-year contract. This means the retail fee will stay the same during your contract, while wholesaler charges will vary by location and water usage.
Businesses can upload meter readings to their online account to reduce estimated charges from their wholesaler.

Water Plus allows up to 7 days from the date of signing the contract to cancel at no cost. After 7 days, you can’t switch to a different supplier before your contract ends.
There is typically a non-completion fee for cancelling a contract after 7 days from the date agreed, but before the switch has been completed.
It is best to check your business water contract before exiting the agreement.
